I. Own aluminum profile production base
Jiangshen Curtain Wall owns its own aluminum profile production base, giving it direct control over the entire aluminum profile manufacturing process—from raw material selection to processing and fabrication. Every stage is rigorously monitored and controlled, ensuring the quality and supply stability of aluminum profiles, reducing production costs, and enhancing overall competitiveness.
II. In-house finished window processing facility
In addition to its aluminum profile production base, Jiangshen Curtain Wall also operates its own finished-window processing facility. By introducing advanced processing equipment and technological expertise, we ensure the precision and quality of our finished windows.
III. Systematic and Standardized Installation
During the installation phase, Jiangshen Curtain Wall adheres to the principles of systematization and standardization. It has developed detailed installation specifications and procedures, provides professional training for installation personnel, and ensures that every installation step meets the required standards. At the same time, it places great emphasis on quality control and safety management throughout the installation process, guaranteeing both safety and high efficiency in the installation work.

The company now operates four state-of-the-art aluminum profile production bases located in Wuqing, Tianjin; Gao'an, Jiangxi; Changchun, Jilin; and Foshan, Guangdong, with a total land area of 300,000 square meters. The workshops are equipped with advanced curtain wall production lines and high-end aluminum door and window processing lines, boasting an annual production capacity of approximately 300,000 tons.
