The new construction project of Shanghai Songjiang Station Service Center is an important part of Songjiang Hub. It is connected to the Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake Railway Station in the north and the Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway in the south. As the core project of one of the five new cities in Shanghai, it is not only an independent comprehensive node project that Shanghai has focused on building, but also a national key construction project. The project covers an area of 55,605 square meters. It includes three floors above ground and five floors in part of the main building, with a total construction area of about 190,051 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 95,000 square meters and the underground construction area is about 93,000 square meters.
